Delivery Charges

There is a minimum order requirement of SGD500. For orders between SGD500-799, there will be a SGD35 delivery charge.

Free delivery for orders above SGD800.

Delivery Lead-times

Daily last order cut-off time: 12pm

For orders 149 SKU lines and below, orders will be delivered by our warehouse on the next day (Day 2).

For orders between 150 – 299 SKU lines, orders will be delivered by our warehouse on the day after (Day 3)

For orders between 300-499 SKU lines, orders will be delivered by our warehouse 2 days after (Day 4)

For orders above 500 SKU lines, orders will be delivered by our warehouse 3 days after (Day 5)

Any orders sent from sales after 12pm, will be treated as order issued next day (Day 2) and additional day will be added base on above

Please call your account manager if you have any urgent delivery requests. Please note that Overtime Charges may be incurred for orders submitted after the cut-off time.

Delivery timelines are controlled by Vendors, not Bloom & Grow.
Risk transfers to the Retailer when Goods are delivered by the carrier.
Title transfers according to Vendor policies.
Bloom & Grow has no responsibility for delays or mis-deliveries.
